Marc A. Lario, Esquire is principal of the Marc A. Lario & Associates law firm. He is a member of both the Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations and a member of the Camden County and State of New Jersey Probate and Trust Committees. He also belongs to the New Jersey State Bar Association, Probate and Trust Section.

Marc has served as a panelist for seminars presented by both the Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJ-ICLE). He was an instructor for several years with the NJ ICLE’s Skills and Methods Course for new lawyers lecturing on estate administration, estate planning and estate litigation. Marc speaks before professional business and civic groups in his areas of expertise.

Marc also devotes considerable amount of time to charitable organizations and fundraising efforts. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Our Lady of Good Counsel Elementary School and heads the school’s Annual Fund and Endowment endeavors.

Marc received his B.S. B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and minor in philosophy from Villanova University, School of Business and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Marc is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. He has recently expanded his practice to assist clients who maintain a residence in both this area and in the State of Florida.

As office manager and paralegal to Marc, Nicole handles a multitude of estate matters including primarily, estate planning and estate litigation. She also coordinates Marc’s real estate practice and is the first person of contact for clients of Marc.

As a paralegal, Nicole is able to assist Marc in the preparation of estate documents and proves to be a valuable asset in the organization and coordination of Marc’s estate litigation matters. She also oversees each real estate transaction to make sure each issue is completely and timely addressed.

Nicole first came to work with Marc in 2001 and possesses years of legal assistant experience spanning areas of matrimonial law, estate planning and real estate matters. Nicole also holds a B.A. in Law and Justice from Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey.

Beth is Marc’s estate paralegal and coordinates all estate administration matters from inception to finalization. Beth began working for Marc in February of 1991 and has worked in many areas of the law including matrimonial, real estate and estate planning. She now devotes all of her time to estate administration matters.

As an estate paralegal, Beth is able to assist Marc by handling the “nuts and bolts” of the representation of personal representatives in the administration of estates. Her substantial knowledge of the practical aspects of estate administration allow her to coordinate and simplify the process for clients, at a much more reasonable rate, than if handled solely by an attorney.

AnneCorinne is employed as the firm’s bookkeeper and coordinates the firm’s monetary transactions which assists clients in providing valuable information regarding the legal charges of the firm and the assurance that fees are fair and consistent with the work provided, Marc believes in the old fashioned methods of person to person contact so that if any billing questions arise, a client will be able to speak with a live person with detailed knowledge of legal charges, so that all questions and concerns are adequately addressed.
